Haven Architects was established in 2004 by Architect Palas Maitra (M.Arch in Urban Design) with a vision and commitment for refining the social life style scenario. His perception includes providing modern commodities to uplift the living conditions of concerned citizens through various public projects under different Government , Semi government & Corporate authorities (KMDA, PWD, MES,WBTDC,WEBEL), include Hospital, Office, Apartment Complex, Bus terminus, Swimming pool, Institutional Building (School, college),Convention centre, Auditorium, Health Club, Stadium Complex, Swimming pool complex, Picnic spot, Hotel, Factories, IT Parks and even Low Cost Housing projects etc. with successful completion of Design consultancy, Interior consultancy & Project Management assignments.
Our office is a healthy combination of youth & experience from different professional fields. and primarily segregated into Architecture & Planning , Structure , Electrical , Estimation & Project Management departments which however are integrated within to complement each other for different projects under different government organizations to meet all required design queries in a given timeline.
Haven Architects has undertaken and completed different Planning consultancy assignments in a wide variety of projects such as Preparation of DDP of different Municipality in West Bengal, Preparation of DPR of different projects for different Organizations (e.g. Municipality under the command of KUSP, KMDA, KNC under the command of JNNURM, Zilla Parishad).
Project Management section is mainly headed by both youth as well as experienced Civil Engineers Somnath Sinha & Sourav Debnath.
